I have been attending their classes for nearly a year now and I have to say that I have learned more about being a good BBQer from their classes than I have on my own over the past 40 years. My favorite classes were Ribs, Loin, Tasting, and Tailgating. Still waiting for that steak class that I have heard so much about. 100% great business for BBQ and the Mid-South".
